Onsite Support - This is our most popular support type. We come to your home, small office, or business fully prepared to solve your problem. During your call to us we will gather as much information as possible, advise you of your choices, and setup a time that is convenient for you.Repair Depot - Of course there are times when it will be impractical for us to repair at your home or business. This mainly happens when there is a large software install that could take hours. In this case we will pick up, repair, return, and setup your computer in its original position.
Phone Support - Most small problems and some large ones can be solved over the phone, this depends on how computer savvy you are and often requires you to carry out advanced instructions. Not to fear we will work this out and never force you to do something your not comfortable with.
Remote Support - This type of support call requires that you have special software installed by us on your computer. We do this on our first service call to your home or business. With this software installed you can simply call us and we will be able to control your computer from our location saving you money on an onsite call.
