Our rates are the least expensive you will find. All you have to do is call around and you will see that we are very fair with our pricing. Of course we have checked around ourselves, otherwise we wouldn't be able to make such a claim.

We have found rates as high as $229.00 per hour for a house call and they had a 2 hour minimum. This of course is, you would think, an extreme case, not so we found out. Its not typical but it's not far off.

The average is around $95.00 an hour. If it takes them 15 minutes to solve the problem you still pay the $95.00 and they are out of there. We also noticed that almost all of them will charge you an additional fee for drive time, some in excess of $100.00. In addition they have complicated pricing systems based on the type of problem.

We are different. No drive fees (in western Sonoma county), after first hour fees are pro rated every 15 minutes, if we finish early we will stay and fix other problems you may have.
If a problem will take an extended time to solve we will bring it to our repair depot (at lesser rates) and return it set up, at no extra charge. One low fee for any problems you may have, that's value for money.
