No drive fees (in western Sonoma county).
If a problem will take an extended time to solve we will let you know up
front, bring it to our repair depot (at lesser rates) and return it set up, no extra charge.
One low fee for any problems you may have, return on investment is what
we strive for.
On Site Service Rates - $45.00 for first hour (1 hour minimum). Starts when we arrive. Pro rated every 15 minutes after first hour at $11.25.

In the past 5 years we have not charged a single customer more than
$125.00 for anything!
Virus removal has not gone over $90.00, even when we reinstall your
recovery partition and back-up your data.
Training is available and back-ups are required.
